What government software does
The capability map reads every application from code up to function and groups
the results into 40 business domains. It shows which functions of government repeat across many
systems and which live in one place.

The technology estate
What the estate is written in, how old its foundations are, and how healthy its
dependencies look today.

Primary language of each application, detected from version control.
Technology vintage across the estate
Share of applications by the vintage of their framework and language footprint.
Dependency health
Number of applications in each dependency health band of their scanned manifest.
Section 3 · Disposition
Risk and modernization
Every application carries a recommended disposition, a security risk band, and a
banded rebuild cost estimate. Together they say where to act first.
